On 7 December 2023 the Chief Judge issued 11 new Practice Directions in the interests of the just and expeditious conduct of proceedings in the Planning and Environment Court in Brisbane.
Although the Practice Directions will not have effect until March 2024, because of their substance, the judges of the Court in Brisbane conducted a seminar on 14 December 2023 to introduce the documents to practitioners and expert witnesses. Watch this seminar.
