Protocols - Supreme Court
Protocols are developed by judges of the Supreme Court to address emerging issues affecting the functioning of the court.
The protocols complement existing legislation, rules, regulations and practice directions and may refer to court processes, appearances by practitioners and parties, use of technology and the court’s pandemic response.
