Practice direction
The Supreme Court practice direction 3/2013 contains important information about using the Court of Appeal.
Pending the revision of the Court of Appeal Practice Direction 3 of 2013, paragraph 17 of the Practice Direction is amended to state:
Parties may lodge a text searchable pdf version of the Outline of Argument with the Registry by email to CourtofAppeal.Registry@justice.qld.gov.au or alternatively a hard copy of the Outline of Argument may be lodged at the Registry. In addition, a copy of the Outline of Argument must be served upon each other party.
