Updated forms under Human Rights Act 2019

Version 2 of Form 1 - Notice to the Attorney-General and/or the Queensland Human Rights Commission under the Human Rights Act 2019 and Form 2 - Notice that the Supreme Court is considering making a declaration of incompatibility under the Human Rights Act 2019 have been approved for use from 14 October.
These versions of the forms have been published on the Queensland Courts website on 15 October 2025 and are available on the Forms page.
