New approved forms under the Crime and Corruption Act 2001
Version 1 of the following Court forms have been approved for use from 31 August 2025 and are available on the Forms page:
- Form CC1 Notice of Prosecution of Corruption Offence Commenced Pursuant to section 49B
- Form CC2 Notice of Prosecution of Corruption Offence Commenced Pursuant to section 49C
