Amended Magistrates Court Practice Direction 4 of 2022
The Chief Magistrate has issued Practice Direction 4 of 2022 which has been amended to include s.161A of the Domestic and Family Violence Protection Act 2012 application by accredited media entity for a copy of transcript of proceeding for an application for a domestic violence order (see paragraphs 73 – 78), and Annexure A to include recording of evidence in chief.
