Equal Treatment Benchbook – Third Edition

A new edition of the Queensland Courts’ Equal Treatment Benchbook (PDF 1,953 KB) has been published.  The Equal Treatment Benchbook provides practical, contemporary guidance for judicial officers to support procedural fairness and equality of treatment for all court participants.

It is also a valuable resource for lawyers, self-represented litigants, parties to proceedings, witnesses, and interpreters.

The Supreme Court of Queensland will launch the third edition of the Equal Treatment Benchbook at 5.30pm on Wednesday 25 March in the Banco Court, QEII Courts of Law. Practitioners and members of the public are welcome to attend.
