Amended Magistrates Court Practice Direction 10 of 2024

The Chief Magistrate has issued an amended Magistrates Court Practice Direction 10 of 2024 (PDF, 240.3 KB) in relation to the DNA Affected Case Callover for cases in Brisbane and surrounding areas only. The Practice Direction now also applies to DNA affected cases lodged in Toowoomba, Gatton, Warwick, Southport & Coolangatta.
