The Acting Chief Magistrate has issued an amended Magistrates Court Practice Direction 10 of 2024 (PDF, 280.1 KB) in relation to the DNA Affected Case Callover for cases in Brisbane and surrounding areas only. The amendment rectifies a small typographical error and does not affect the substance of the Practice Direction.
