Supreme Court Criminal List and criminal proceedings – information session
The Supreme Court has issued Practice Direction 4 of 2024 in relation to some aspects of criminal proceedings in the Supreme Court, and Practice Direction 5 of 2024 , in relation to the Supreme Court’s Criminal List in Brisbane.
The Practice Direction in relation to the Criminal List will commence operation on 28 February 2024 (although the forms and draft orders electronically provided for in the Practice Direction are able to be used immediately).
