Court Services Queensland – your new workplace

You will be joining over 1,000 skilled and dedicated staff at Court Services Queensland (CSQ) who work collaboratively to deliver a range of services which support an independent judiciary. You will be joining a team that provides or supports one of the many services provided by CSQ which includes: case management, registry services, transcription services, victim support services, court referral and support programs, and community engagement initiatives.

CSQ delivers services from a network of 117 courthouses and community justice centres reflecting Queensland’s dispersed geography in metropolitan, regional, rural and remote areas of the state.

CSQ is part of the Justice Services Division of the Department of Justice and Attorney-General.

CSQ provides administrative support to Queensland’s courts — Supreme, District, Magistrates, Coroners and Land courts through courthouse registries across the State.

CSQ comprises of three distinct areas, reporting individually to the Deputy Director-General: Supreme, District and Land Courts Service (SDLCS); Magistrates Court Service (MCS) and Reform and Support Services (RSS), which provides a range of support services to SDLCS and MCS.

You will be provided access to the CSQ Onboarding Program when you commence. The onboarding program will provide access to key information and online training to assist you with learning about the department and where your role fits within the broader Court Services Queensland (CSQ) team.
