fsdfdsLawyers can apply online to the Brisbane Supreme Court to change the date of a current criminal listing (move it forward or back) or request a new listing for a matter with a current listing.
You can only apply if all parties are legally represented and agree on the listing sought.

What you can apply for online
You can apply online for:

Before you apply
Before applying online, make sure:
- you have consent from the other party or parties (prosecution or defence)
- you’ve prepared any supporting documentation needed for the application.
How to apply online
1. Fill out the relevant form (as per Practice Direction 5 of 2024):
2. Email the Criminal Resolution Registrar supporting documentation, such as:
- medical certificates (e.g. for adjournments due to health reasons)
- affidavits or statutory declarations.
3. Complete draft orders, if required (as per Practice Direction 5 of 2024)
4. Submit the form online before 1pm on the last business day before the current listing.
