Applying for a Brisbane District Court criminal listing

Lawyers can apply online to the Brisbane District Court to change the date of a current criminal listing (move it forward or back) or request a new listing for a matter with a current listing.

You can only apply if all parties are legally represented and agree on the listing sought.

This page explains what you can apply for online, how to apply, and what happens after you submit your application.
