Reporting courthouse facility issues is important – it helps us to keep courts safe for everyone, including staff and visitors.

Courthouse facility issues could include:

a cleaning request
damage to a building, facility, or fixture
a fault with a facility or fixture
a service not working
general maintenance.

How do I report a facility issue?

For cleaning requests in the Brisbane Court Precinct:

You can lodge a cleaning request via Cleaning Service Request Form for Brisbane Courts Precinct.
This form can be used to report a cleaning request for the Brisbane Supreme and District Courts, Brisbane Magistrates Court, and Brisbane Arrest Court buildings.

For all other locations please advise court staff directly or use the feedback form on the Your rights, crime and the law website.

For facility maintenance and issues in the Brisbane Court Precinct:

Use the form below to report building faults or damage for the Brisbane Supreme and District Courts, Brisbane Magistrates Court, and Brisbane Arrest Court buildings.
You’ll need to provide your full name and address.
