Self-Represented Litigants Service

If you’re representing yourself in a civil case in the Brisbane Supreme Court or Brisbane District Court, you can get help to understand court procedures.

The Self-Represented Litigants Service (SRLS) offers free, confidential, and impartial help to eligible individuals, small corporations, and community organisations.

You cannot use this service if you have legal representation.
