A bail-based program helping people get the support and treatment they need to address the underlying causes of offending.
Court Link connects people to support services for issues like housing, substance use, mental health, physical health, and jobs.
The program aims to reduce reoffending by offering tailored support based on a person’s needs, risks, and willingness to take part.
An independent evaluation of Court Link was completed in 2023.
Court Link was informed by recommendations in the Drug and Specialist Courts Review.
