This is an ALERT with an icon. You can choose from a number of icons and colours.
Alert without icon
If you choose an aside with an icon, it would be less distracting to the user to highlight information without an icon and let the colour do the work.
Accordions
Accordions are useful to 'hide' text in a page to minimise scrolling. The user decides whether to click to reveal the content based on the heading in the accordion.
You can add information here that the user can choose to read by clicking the link.

As you can see at the top of the page. A table of contents achors to 'headings' within the page. It defaults when a 'heading 2' is used within the content.
