Queensland Courts and Tribunals is actively monitoring the tropical low approaching and its impacts to court operations in North and Central Queensland Region over the coming days.
Court users are encouraged to keep up to date with impacts to court operations by regularly checking the Queensland Courts website and social media channels. Communication will also be sent directly to affected parties if proceedings need to be adjourned.
Jurors please monitor the daily law list or call the number on the summons document.
The safety of all our court users is first and foremost. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as they become available.
