Filing Supreme and District Courts ADR documents

You can file your alternative dispute resolution (ADR) documents in the following ways:

  • In person: visit a Supreme or District Court registry during these hours:
    • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
    • Wednesday: 9:30 am to 4:30 pm (registries are closed on public holidays and court holidays)
  • By post: mail your documents to the registrar of the Supreme or District Court in your local area.

Once your case has started, all future documents must be filed at the same registry where the case was lodged.
