Once we receive your request, we will review and assess it. This can take up to 1 week.  Once we have assessed your request, a Notice of the holding of a Settlement Conference will be sent to the relevant parties advising of the date, time and place to attend the conference.

No further action is required from your end once you have submitted the request form. The Registry will contact you shortly after receiving the request.
