Version 2 of the UCPR Form 138 - Request to Inspect or Copy Court Documents has been approved for use from 6 October 2026 and is available on the forms page under the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999.
Form 138 – Request to Inspect or Copy Court Documents is effective immediately.
