District Court and Planning and Environment Court Practice Directions – Designation of court holidays

The Chief Judge has issued District Court Practice Direction 2 of 2026 (PDF, 56.0 KB) and Planning and Environment Court Practice Direction 1 of 2026 (PDF, 68.7 KB) to designate each of the days from and including Friday 25 December 2026 to and including Friday 1 January 2027 inclusive as a court holiday.
