District Court Practice Direction 11 of 2025

The Chief Judge has released District Court Practice Direction 11 of 2025 (PDF, 1.3 MB) regarding the repeal of Practice Directions and a new "calculation of interest" tab for Practice Directions relating to Interest on Default Judgments and Interest Rates.
