Property Law Act 2023 Forms
The forms under the Property Law Act of 2023 have been approved for use from 1 August 2025 and are available on the Forms page.
The Forms are as follows:
- Form 1 - Notice of default under instalment contract
- Form 2 - Seller disclosure statement
- Form 3 - Notice of exercise of power of sale
- Form 4 - Notice of intention to exercise power of sale for disclaimed property
- Form 5 - Notice of sale by mortgagee
- Form 6 - Appointment of receiver
- Form 7 - Notice to remedy breach
- Form 8 - Breach notice - Intention to refuse to renew, or extend the term of, or sell the reversion of, a lease
- Form 9 - Notice to terminate lease
