To enhance the efficient conduct of civil litigation, the Supreme Court of Queensland has developed draft case management direction templates for parties to adapt to the needs of a particular case.
These templates should be used in conjunction with Practice Direction 18 of 2018 and will assist with the development of a Document Management Plan, a List of Issues and a Trial Plan.
