More improvements for CaseLaw

As the official publisher of unreported judgments in Queensland, the Supreme Court Library Queensland is committed to making CaseLaw a world-class service. The library is improving CaseLaw with a series of upgrades throughout early 2019.

This month more new features have been added, making it even easier to find decisions from Queensland courts and tribunals.

What's new

  • Download a zip file of the full-text PDFs of judgments saved in your case list.
  • Get a better overview of a decision before downloading the full-text PDF document with more information on the case landing pages, including a listing of subsequent judicial consideration by Queensland courts and tribunals, and quick access to related decisions via links to listed cases in our collection.
  • Move between years when browsing decisions by year with new navigation links.
  • Explore new decisions for the Local Government Court of Queensland and Anti-discrimination Tribunal Queensland.

Read the CaseLaw release notes for full details, or subscribe and be the first to know when new CaseLaw features are released.
