Finding decisions from Queensland courts and tribunals is now easier

The official unreported judgments of Queensland courts and tribunals are published by Supreme Court Library Queensland on CaseLaw.

As well as having timely access to judgments (new cases are usually published within 24 hours of the library receiving them from the courts), everyone—including the judiciary, practitioners, researchers and community members—should have the ability to freely access and easily search the decisions of the courts.

In 2018, the library devoted significant time and resources to improving their online services to enable better access to justice for all Queenslanders. A key focus was the review and upgrade of their CaseLaw service, and they are pleased to announce the release of the first two stages of these upgrades.
