Steps to follow
Bulk lodgements - Civil
- Phone the Magistrates Court registry to find out if the service is available, the number of documents required for a bulk lodgement and the estimated processing time.
- Deliver the documents to the registry.
- Wait for the registry to advise you that your bulk lodgement is complete and the total filing fee amount.
- Pay the filing fees and collect the finalised documents.
