THE NEXT SUPREME COURT CIVIL APPLICATION (CHAMBERS) DATE IS THE 17 JULY 2008. THE NEXT ADMISSION DATE IS 15 AUGUST 2008 NEXT DISTRICT COURT CIVIL APPLICATION (CHAMBERS) DATE IS 11 JULY 2008. NEXT DISTRICT COURT CRIMINAL COMPENSATION APPLICATION DATE IS 17 JULY 2008. THE NEXT DISTRICT COURT CIVIL AND PLANNING & ENVIRONMENT COURT CALLOVER WILL BE HELD ON THE 17 JULY 2008 AT 9:00AM FOR THE TWO WEEK SITTINGS COMMENCING ON THE 18 AUGUST 2008 BEFORE HIS HONOUR JUDGE EVERSON. THE NEXT DISTRICT COURT CRIMINAL CALLOVER WILL BE HELD AT 2:15PM ON THE 15 AUGUST 2008 BEFORE HER HONOUR JUDGE BRADLEY FOR SITTINGS COMMENCING 6.10.2008 TO 12.12.2008. The Annual Opening of the Law Year Services will be held on Monday, 7 July 2008 at 9:30am, procession gathers at 9:15am and commences at 9:25am at St. Monica's Cathedral 183 Abbott Street, Cairns. The Judiciary of Cairns and the Most Rev Bishop Foley cordially invites legal practitioners to attend the Opening of the Law Year Church Service and morning tea will follow at the conclusion of the service. Robes and decorations should be worn. RSVP to Judge's Secretary Diane Chambers.
