Court of Appeal - civil and criminal
The Court of Appeal and the Supreme and District Court registry are located in the QEII Courts of Law Complex, 415 George Street, Brisbane.
To get to the courtrooms or the registry, enter through the QEII main entrance, located at the centre of building adjacent to the public square.
The Court of Appeal generally hears its cases in either the Banco Court or the Court of Appeal. If you are unsure about where to go for your hearing, please visit the staff at the ground floor information kiosk, who will be able to assist you.
The Banco Court and Court of Appeal are on level three on the George Street side of the building and at the public square end.
