Filing fees and charges can be found in the scale of fees Uniform Civil Procedure (Fees) Regulation 2009).
Credit facilities are available at the Brisbane registry. However, if you wish to use a regional registry, you should check with your local courthouse. Cheques should be made payable to the Registrar, Supreme Court.
