Steps to follow
Claim and statement of claim - Civil
- You can initiate the process by filing a Form 2 – Claim (UCPR) and a Form 16 – Statement of claim (UCPR) with the court registry.
- You will need a copy of the original forms and one copy for each defendant.
- The original is kept by the court and a copy is served on each defendant. The plaintiff should keep another copy for their records.
