Steps to follow
Chamber Applications - Civil
- File either a Form 9 – Application (UCPR) or a Form 5 - Originating Application (UCPR) along with a Form 46 - Affidavit with the court registry.
You will need the original copy of the forms plus another copy for each respondent and one for your records.
- f the magistrate grants the application you will need to file a Form 59 – Order (UCPR) and serve it on the other party.
