Supreme Court office hours
Documents can be filed in Supreme Court registries between
9:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public and court holidays),
or mailed to the registrar of the Supreme Court in your local area.
Once a proceeding is commenced, all further documents must be filed in that registry

District Court office hours
Documents can be filed in District Court registries between
9:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public and court holidays),
or mailed to the registrar of the District Court in your local area.
Once a proceeding is commenced, all further documents must be filed in that registry
Outside office hours
The registry can be opened after hours in cases of urgency but a deputy registrar must be consulted to authorise the opening. An opening fee is incurred when authorisation is given and must be paid at the time of the opening in addition to any filing fee.
