Planning and Environment Court - Priority lodgment service

To assist with the transition to electronic filing of documents in the Planning and Environment Court, parties are asked to provide a USB copy of each document filed in this Court.

To encourage the provision of a USB, the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Registrar has directed that priority be given to persons filing documents in the Planning and Environment Court, ONLY if the documents being filed are accompanied by a true and complete copy on a USB. This will enable the Registry to link your documents to the website quickly and accurately.
