Supreme, District and Magistrates Court
Tribunals deal with specialised areas of the law and may be presided over by magistrates, judges or other authorised persons.Most tribunals are part of the main courts system but some are separate bodies.
Tribunals in the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts include:
- the Small Claims Tribunal which is sometimes called a consumers’ court because it is generally concerned with disputes between consumers and traders. Find our more>>
