- the causes of the motor vehicle accident (the accident) which occurred on Charlton Esplanade, Urangan on 18 July 2008 involving a silver Mitsubishi sedan registration number 553-ERA (the Mitsubishi) and a green Mazda sedan registration number 027-KEF (the Mazda)

Over the past 12 months the State Coroner has been conducting inquests into seven deaths that resulted from police pursuits. At the conclusion of the proceedings the State Coroner indicated that the issues concerning the QPS pursuit policy would be heard at a date and time to be fixed. An inquest into the death of Amanda Lee Hirning will be held in the Coroners Court at Court 4, Level 1, Brisbane Magistrates Court, 363 George Street, Brisbane on 30 September 2008 at 3.00pm. - The cause of a collision between a motorcycle and the deceased on Stanley Street, East Brisbane on 1 December 2005;

- If the phenomenon of gyroscopic precession contributed to the collision between the motorcycle and the deceased; and
- If there are public safety issues arising from the road design at the site of the collision.
