Minor Debt Claims - civil
| 1 | If you are the plaintiff, file a Form 3 – Minor debt claim (UCPR) in the court registry. |
| 2 | You will need to file the original and one copy for each defendant. |
| 3 | The original is kept by the court and a copy is served on each defendant. You should keep another copy for your records. |
