Obtain a trial date (Supreme Court)

1	File the request for Trial Date Form 48
2	View the availability calendar on the website. Choose 3 available dates in agreement with other parties.
3	Complete the “Request for allocation of a trial date” and email to CivilListManager@justice.qld.gov.au. This form advises the Registry of pertinent information: the dates chosen by parties, name of Counsel, special requirements eg. an appearance by telephone.
4	The matter will be set down by the Civil List Manager and the requesting party will be advised by email (if an email address was provided) or by telephone. The requesting party must advise all other parties of the date allocated and then advise the Civil List Manager that all parties have been notified.
