Warrant of redirection of debt

An enforcement creditor can apply for a warrant when a third party holds money that is owed to the creditor.These sorts of payments are one-off payments including:
- commission owed
- the proceeds of a sale
- money owed on a contract.
This warrant may also be used to recover money held in a financial institution e.g. savings account.
