Bulk lodgements

Magistrates Court - civil

A bulk lodgement involves filing multiple court documents for processing at one time, including claims, judgments and applications.

The number of documents required to fulfil a bulk lodgement may vary at each Magistrates Court registry. Therefore it is important to contact the relevant registry to determine the appropriate lodgement procedures and processing timeframes.

Legal firms, financial institutions and debt collection agencies use this method of lodging documents because it is efficient and time effective.
