Obtain a trial date (callover)

Supreme and District Courts - civil
Callovers are held in the District Court to allocate trial dates. Trial dates are usually allocated via email only for the Supreme Court (no callovers are held in this jurisdiction).

A list of the proceedings in the Supreme and District Courts awaiting trial is managed by the civil list manager.

Parties in the District Court can request a trial date through the callover process, by lodging their request for allocation via email or by obtaining an order before an applications judge.
