Steps to follow
Fee waivers - civil
You must include the following information in your Form 46 - Affidavit:
| 1 | That you are seeking an exemption from paying filing fees. |
| 2 | Whether you receive an income-tested pension under the Social Security Act 1991 and, if so, the type and amount of your pension. |
| 3 | How much you are paying in rent. |
| 4 | Whether any of your close relatives are willing to give you financial help. |
| 5 | Any other information relating to your financial position (e.g. bank statements, statements of assets and liabilities). |
| 6 | Any other information you think will help your application. |
