Court of Appeal - civil and criminal

Filing fees and charges can be found in the scale of fees (UCPR).

Credit facilities are available at the Brisbane registry. However, if you wish to use a regional registry, you should check with your local courthouse. Cheques should be made payable to the Registrar, Supreme Court.
